About

COVID-19 update

Physiotherapy is now considered an essential service in Ontario so Meaningful Movement is once again open for all those requiring care. Rest assured, I am extremely diligent with infection control procedures. I will be screening for COVID-19, cleaning my hands (before, during and after visits), disinfecting equipment, and using PPE appropriately. A fresh procedural mask will be worn for each visit, as well as gloves, face shield and gown as needed in order to keep everyone safe. Some components of care such as assessment and education will be provided over the phone whenever possible in order to reduce in-person contact time.

Registered Physiotherapist

High quality customized care is provided by Sarah Boulton, owner and registered Physiotherapist with more than 13 yrs of clinical experience. Each client receives a thorough assessment and goal-oriented treatment focussed on their unique needs.

Mobile rehabilitation services

Therapy is provided in your home, retirement residence, or long term care centre (if access is permitted). Meaningful Movement is not a clinic. This Physio makes house calls!
